here’s a few questions I regularly get asked, if there’s something you’d like to know that isn’t listed here- reach out below!

  • $150 for 50 minutes

  • I offer sessions monday-thursday from 11:30am-7pm, 11:30am-2pm on fridays, and 10:00am-3:00pm on select sundays.

    these times are to accommodate when you may have the time to do therapy; like during lunch, after work, or on the weekend!

  • I am an out-of-network provider which means I do not accept insurance.

    in some cases you may be eligible to use out-of-network insurance benefits. if you intend to use out-of-network insurance benefits, you will receive a document called a “superbill” which documents what services you received, by whom, and diagnoses given, to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

    you will be responsible for paying for each session in full at time of appointment.

  • if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so 72 hours before your session; otherwise, you may be charged the full fee for your missed session.

  • nope! I work with people who want my support. counseling men and masculine people is my jam, but I have years of prior experience counseling the general population. if you feel like we’re a good fit, let’s work together!

  • consultation calls are low-stakes ways for us to connect and see if we’d be a good fit for working together. it’s an opportunity for you to ask me questions, and for me to learn a bit more about your therapy goals.

    in your first session of therapy, i’ll be asking you questions about what’s bringing you in, your background, and goals for therapy.

Requesting Your Health Care Records

You have the right to request a copy of your mental health records. To request your records, please submit a written request to your treating clinician or to the practice directly. Requests may be made via email, secure client portal, or in writing. Records will be provided in accordance with Texas law and applicable privacy regulations. If you have questions about accessing your records, please contact our office for assistance.
