  • life dissatisfaction: identify what a fulfilling life looks like to you in your relationships, career, and personal life, and take steps toward achieving it.

  • insecurities, doubt, self-esteem: quiet the negative voice inside your head that says you’re not good enough.

  • concerns of body image, shape, or weight: address challenges of wanting to change your appearance and the resulting mental health toll.

  • relationships and loneliness: learn to create and maintain healthy romantic relationships, friendships, and family relationships.

  • traumatic events: feel more inner stability and peace, and process through painful memories.

  • needing support for life’s stressors and transitions: use this space to talk through the stress of your day-to-day and any changes in life.
